THE EPISCOPAL CHURCH HOME

We’re proud to say that we’re one of the finest skilled-nursing homes in the Rochester area, serving the needs of seniors right here on historic Mt. Hope Avenue since 1868.

Ours is a heritage of superior service, with a commitment to excellence and a dedication to quality that has stood the test of time.

In addition to a distinguished history, we’re also blessed with a wonderful location on the banks of the Genesee River where we make the most of the lovely setting with private courtyards, patios and enclosed gardens for relaxation.

THE CARE TEAM

Living at the Church Home means being the center of attention in a community that treasures each person and provides comprehensive care through a team approach.

We begin with the finest medical and nursing care around the clock from a team of trained, experienced clinicians. Then we add our rehabilitation therapists, social workers, therapeutic-recreation specialists, dieticians and the chaplain—all of whom are focused on the resident as our top priority.
